It also contains excellent healing properties for eczema with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.

Beeswax has been used for thousands of years, dating back to 1700 BC.
It has natural anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties and can protect the skin by maintaining moisture. Also contains Vitamin A which helps cell development.

Evening Primrose Oil
Evening primrose was originally a North American flower, named so as the flower opens in the evenings.
Evening primrose oil contains a fatty acid, GLA , which helps with eczema as eczema can often develop when the body has problems converting dietary fats into GLA. So evening primrose gives the body GLA.

Carrot Seed Oil
Carrot helps rebalance the moisture in the skin and contains carotenoids which are antioxidants, which help rejuvenate the skin.
It also helps remove toxic build up, thus improving complexion, also excellent for reducing itchy, sore skin.

Cocoa Butter
To obtain cocoa butter, cocoa beans are fermented, roasted, and then separated. Just over half of the residue is cocoa butter. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E so an excellent skin moisturiser.
Cocoa butter creates a barrier between the skin and the environment therefore helping to retain moisture. It also alleviates symptoms of both dermatitis and eczema. Also it can help scarring, stretch marks, heal dark patches of skin as it’s high in Vitamin E

Sweet Almond Oil
The use of almonds dates back to 3000BC for their seeds and oils. Sweet almond oil is widely used to relieve irritation, inflammation and itching. An excellent emollient (softens and soothes the skin). It makes the skin supple so it’s a great oil for dry skin and it enhances the complexion.

Sunflower Oil
The many benefits of using sunflower oil on your skin include hydrating, calming, protecting, and soothing it. It also helps to remove dead skin and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. The use of sunflower oil helped wounds heal more quickly, which may be due to both its high oleic acid content and vitamin E.
It’s an excellent emollient, helps lock in moisture, packed with vitamin E, (as well as A, C, D & K) which is great for hydration and an antioxidant. Sunflower oil promotes a healthy glow and doesn’t clog pores.

Galbanum Oil
A wonderfully exotic oil taken from the gum resin of the Galbanum plant found in the mountains of Iran.
Used by Egyptians, this oil contains excellent rejuvenating properties as well as helps the skin regenerate. It’s very good for calming the mind.
Also works as an insecticide and keeps bugs away! People use it on snake bites for it’s anti-infectious properties and also on arthritis for it’s anti-inflammatory properties and it aids circulation.
